We send our orders via Australia Post registered/signature required. Postage costs include postage and handling. Once your order is dispatched you will received an automated email with a tracking number. Please ensure that you also include your mobile number as an alternative contact if we need to get in touch. Standard Post: may take 7-10 days depending on location. Express postage is also avaialble and will take 1-5 business days depending on location.
We take great pride and care to produce a quality product, however if you receive one of our products that is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately to report any issue. We require photo evidence so we can determine how the damage has occurred. You can either email us at email@example.com or text 0411 300 412 with details. We will arrange replacement items after consultation with you.
